PlanLog is operated by Agency Care Staff Ltd t/a PlanLog. This page explains how users can request deletion of their PlanLog account and what happens to associated personal data after a deletion request is submitted.

1. How to Request Account Deletion

  1. Email support@planlog.co.uk.
  2. Use the subject line PlanLog Account Deletion Request.
  3. Include your full name, organisation name, and the email address or mobile number registered to the account.
  4. Our team will verify the request and confirm when deletion has been scheduled.

Once a deletion request is approved, we delete or anonymise the account data that is no longer required for legal or operational reasons, including:

Some limited records may be retained where we are required to keep them for legal, security, fraud-prevention, safeguarding, or tax and accounting purposes.

Retained records are restricted to the minimum necessary and are kept only for the period required by the relevant obligation.

After we verify your request, we aim to complete deletion of eligible account data within 30 days.

Encrypted backup copies may remain in our secure backup systems for up to 90 days before they are automatically removed or overwritten.
