To add a new Service User, go to the “Service Users” tab on the left panel, and click on the “Add a New Service User” button. Go to the "About Me" section and fill in their personal details, medical history, key contacts, and care preferences. Ensure that all mandatory fields are completed, and once saved, the information will be available for care planning and scheduling visits.

In the "Medication" section, locate the Service User’s current medication list. Click on the "Make Changes" button next to the medication you wish to update. You can modify details such as dose, frequency, and route of administration. To discontinue a medication, click the "Discontinue this medication" button and provide the name of the requester along with an explanation.

Yes, the "Rota" section includes an AI-assisted feature that can generate an initial weekly staff schedule based on contracted hours, staff availability, and Service User needs. The admin can manually edit the rota as required. It also tracks annual leave, absences, and shift assignments.

The "Alerts" dashboard compiles overdue and unfinished tasks across all sections, including missed visits, expired training, missed medication, and overdue audits. Admins and staff can review alerts in real time and take necessary actions.
